Terms of Service
These starter terms describe the general arrangement between Coastal Scoop Crew and its customers. They are general-purpose text and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before launch.
Owner notice: this is editable starter text, not legal advice. Please have it reviewed and updated before publishing the site.
Services
Coastal Scoop Crew provides residential and commercial pet-waste removal in Edgewater, New Smyrna Beach, Port Orange, Oak Hill, and nearby Volusia County communities. Service details, frequency, and pricing are confirmed with you before the first visit.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website, including any figure produced by the estimate tool, are starting prices and estimates. Your final price is confirmed based on the number of dogs, yard size, service frequency, and the current condition of the yard.
Access to your property
You agree to provide safe access to the service area on your scheduled day, including gate codes or keys where needed, and to secure your dogs during the visit. If we cannot access the yard, we'll contact you and reschedule; a trip may still be counted as a completed visit.
Scheduling, weather, and rescheduling
Visits are scheduled on a consistent day. Severe weather or unsafe conditions may move a visit to the next available day. You may skip or reschedule a visit by contacting us before your scheduled day.
Cancellation
No long-term contract is required. Recurring service continues until you ask us to pause or stop. Either party may end service with reasonable notice.
Payment
Payment arrangements are confirmed directly with you. Online payments are not accepted through this website at this time.
Limitations
We remove pet waste we can reasonably locate during a visit. Dense vegetation, standing water, snow-covered or obstructed areas, and unsafe conditions may limit what can be cleared.
